The standard hire period is five weeks ending on the date of your last performance and includes the cost of shipping of the materials to you.

How to Order

Get Acrobat reader
  1. Download the Order Form, print it out, fill it in and post back. I will send you an invoice.
  2. Send payment. This must arrive before the parts are dispatched. I accept cheques (payable to Pattersong Music), PayPal, or direct bank transfer. All the details are contained in the invoice. I will send the parts out once the invoice has been paid.
  3. Enjoy your show.
  4. Put the parts in the post within one week of your last performance

Terms & Condidions

The Hire

  1. The material is supplied on hire and remains the property of Martin Paterson; it is supplied to the Hirer solely for the performances listed on the invoice. The Hirer acceps responsibility for all items loaned and may not let or dispose of the same to any thrid party.
  2. The Hirer must return at the Hirer’s expense all the Material supplied within seven days of the date of the last performance.
  3. The Hirer will include copy of the programme or playbill with the returned Materials.
  4. The Hirer understands that a charge will be made for any missing or defaced Materials.
  5. The arrangement must be played by all the instruments specified, unless prior permission is granted.
  6. The unauthorised copying of the material in whole or in part by any method is illegal and constitues an infringement of copyright.

Programme credits

  1. The use of Pattersong Music arrangements must be credited in the show programme. Please use the following words:
    “Orchestral arrangement supplied by Martin Paterson of Pattersong Music. For more information about this and other similar G&S arrangements please visit www.pattersong.co.uk.”

Recording rights

  1. The Hirer may record one or more of the performances for non-commercial use only i.e. distribution to cast and friends and family. If such a recording is made a copy in each media produced must be sent to Pattersong Music. If the cover of the recording contains the names of the players in the band or the name of the group from which they come then this must be accompanied with the same words as for the programme in #7 above.

Data protection

  1. Pattersong Music will hold information given by the Hirer.
  2. Your society’s name, show performed and date may be listed on www.pattersong.co.uk along with your web site link if you have one. This information may be used in future advertising for Pattersong Music unless specifically requested otherwise.

Return of materials

  1. The materials remain the responsibility of the hirer until they reach the Pattersong Music office. I recommend that you use a trackable service to return the parts, and insure them to the value of £100. Pattersong Music cannot be held liable for material lost or damaged during postage.
